All deals will be made available to Premium Investors 4 weeks before listing on our main market. Premium investors will be presented with opportunities on the platform first and notified when the listing is close to going live on the main platform.

Premium investors attract ultra-low transaction and portfolio fees to use our platform, but they do come with a higher entry point. Transactions must be over £5,000 each and must paid by BACS transfer in which details are provided at point of purchase.

We manage a Premium Investor servicing programme, in which investors can of course decide and manage themselves online. We will offer analysis and the ability to re-invest or coping invest. The portfolio is setup draws out parameters for investors and sets out estimated payment and distribution schedules.

All properties are developed by experienced property developers who must stand up to the scrutiny of our customised FCA standard due diligence framework. Property management to look after income or tenants are typically professional high street brands or developer’s partners.

So how does it all stack up...

To begin with, send us a note, call or make an enquiry through the website, so we can speak through if partnership request can be part of our current strategy and criteria.

You will need a solid understanding with at least a few years’ experience working within the industry or can prove you are a High Net Worth individual, sophisticated investor or a Elective Professional or Restrictes Retail category of investor . You will need to complete our Accreditation Process before you can begin investing.

Property developers will need to submit all relevant marketing collateral for each project, as well as core documents such as valuation reports, surveys and plans. We analyse the proposals and run them through our financial and property due diligence mechanisms that are designed to ensure only the best projects are selected.
