Offering an alternative to conventional sales channels, we at ShareProperty are actively working with the estate agents, brokers, management companies and investment consultants of the UK.

Enabling quicker completions, without the complications typically associated with the traditional sales process, we seek to make the life of the property services worker much more streamlined; all through the use of crowdfunding.

An alternative sales channel

Having had to rely on one single buyer to sell a property in the past, estate agents can now utilise our pool of investors, a group of individuals that are actively seeking property investment opportunities. Bridging the gap, the ShareProperty team hand-pick the most likely investors from the pool, only marketing to those that wish to buy into such property. We therefore provide an alternative sales channel through our network of property investors.

Shareproperty works with online and traditional property agents, brokers and investment consultants providing an alternative completion channel.  We work with our partners from the beginning of the sales cycle, identifying investment opportunity for our network.  Once an investment has been screened it will be posted to the Shareproperty platform for subscription.

How is ShareProperty contributing to this sector?

As a direct result of government tax changes, and the Treasury interventions on buy-to-let mortgages ShareProperty aims to aid this sector through the following:
