Sales commission

Ultimately, we want all of our partners to be earning healthy incomes by selling a lot of properties for our developers. Companies and individuals can join our Affiliates network and start referring investor contacts to see our live investments.  Our sales and marketing templates can help developers and introducers maximise resources to maintain the required level of service to create a sustainable flow of new and existing interest.

A new market

We aim to provide investors access to property development schemes across the uk and ultimately we are aiming to aggregate the entirety of the available market across the UK, which are suitable for our investors. Investors and Premium investors can access all properties available on the platform; on the other side of our platform, property developers market their units to their existing investors base on a private market, as well as publicly on our main market.

Centralised transcations

As all purchases using crowdfunding are competed through company investment companies, in which investors are setup as shareholders within, they have the rights to vote on decisions around the investment which is democratically structured. We complete the conveyancing process as well as returns distribution, all of which are managed on the Dashboard. Our service takes the pain out of managing your sales and opens up to new investors and improves the service of your current ones.

FCA standard procedure

Our regulated service provides automated KYC, Accreditation and verification checks on all property developers and all introducers must be completed before commencing any activities. All investors must complete the Accreditation to onboard and begin investing. Property developers must initially complete a verification check, and then submit full details of their available units within our application form, once approved they can be marketed on our private and public markets.

So how does it all stack up...

To begin with, send us a note, call or an enquiry through the website, so we can speak through whether your partnership request is part of our current strategy and criteria.

You will need a solid understanding with at least a few years’ experience working within the industry you are looking to partnering within.

We typically look for property developers with at least 5 completed projects or 5years+ experience in the field.

Property developers will need to submit all relevant marketing collateral for each project, as well as core documents such as valuation reports, surveys and plans. Once signed up, developers can easily draft and submit property profiles, in which we may as for a few extra pieces for, but if answered all the questions properly, we will have all the information requested, required by our FCA guidelines, to launch units on our market.

We typically look for investors who have over 1000 investor contacts in which could be referred to our property developers projects, of which they can invest from £100, with fees starting at 1.5%. Introducers will always earn at least 1% and companies can earn as much as 3% by getting involved in our property.

All investor partners will also need to only use our marketing collateral templates, or send us a folder of all informations in which we can put together into compliant materials.

Property developers will be charged their typical commission rate in which will be in place for agents who use agencies to market their properties. If there is no such structure in place, property developers will be made in independent offer of commission structure, or use our development finance pricing options.

All investor introducers will earn at least 1% per transaction. The exact rate of commission per transaction per party is to be agreed before commencement of trading, which will be negotiated before the signing of an agency agreement.
