The ShareProperty team is comprised of a long list of fresh-thinking individuals, all bringing with them a wealth of talent, ideas and inspiration. The team embraces real time data analytics which combined with deep industry experience allows for a powerful investment selection methodology. 

We are proud to welcome industry financial experts and ambitious graduates into our offices.  It is safe to say that the ShareProperty team is rich in vision, and excited to be working in this new age of property investment.  Where we have sourced people from many different industries and backgrounds we all share the same mission – to simplify property investment in the UK.

Seeking to inject a blend of new ideas and creativity into property investment we have chosen the following individuals to take ShareProperty forward.

Tim Linacre


As the Chairman of ShareProperty Tim brings with him a substantial wealth of experience in investment banking, having been Chief Executive of Panmure Gordon, a mid-tier Investment Bank.   Tim is currently Senior Managing Partner at Instinctif, a corporate communications consultancy.  With extensive knowledge of the Fintech and real estate industries there couldn’t be a more appropriate Chairman for ShareProperty.

David Rees


Experienced in many areas of the financial world David is heading up this exciting platform, channeling his unparalleled knowledge into ShareProperty. With over twenty years of experience as a Chartered Accountant David possesses an infectious passion for the industry, one that feeds the whole teams’ enthusiasm.   David was previously a Software and Services analyst at a number of global investment banks before deciding to take the plunge and start ShareProperty with George.

George Grigg


As another brain behind the business Co-Founder George is best-known for being a tech-entrepreneur, having worked with an eclectic range of start-ups since graduating from Cardiff University in Business Management.

‘Having been working on the launch of ShareProperty for over a year I am extremely eager to watch the business grow and meet its potential. With the state of the market at present there is certainly room for us to make some noise and secure some pretty interesting deals’.

Glyn Trott


As the founder and managing director of award-winning Pinnacle Lettings and cloud computing lettings software company Glyn is a great individual to have on the team, understanding the need for landlords to explore this alternative investment channel. As a non-executive director Glyn helps inform the deals we put forth, knowing what types of properties will work for our investors.

James Groombridge


As the Regional Managing Director of Acorn Property and former regional MD of Barratt Homes, David Wilson and Crest Nicholson, James has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to the property market, steering ShareProperty in a non-executive capacity.

Shervin Shameli


Shervin Shameli is an investment funds lawyer with particular experience advising fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of UK and international investment funds. Working with ShareProperty as a non-executive director Shervin provides valuable legal, real estate and funds knowledge.

Faraz Ghani


Faraz is an Analyst, creating compelling case studies and keeping our customers up-to-date with changes in the market. As an experienced professional Faraz enjoys delving into the industry and creating captivating pieces of analysis.

‘Having worked overseas for over 2 years as a Financial Planning Analyst in the banking sector, I have gained extensive experience in developing Business Strategy.

‘At ShareProperty, in my position as Data Analyst, I take responsibility for running our Research team and drive reporting and market analysis. We want to become recognised as a thought leader and constantly help to inform our customers on market developments.

Matthew O’Keefe


As the company’s Marketing Executive Matthew ensures our network of developers and investors are kept up-to-date on opportunities, liaising with the relevant contacts and taking the business forward. As a tech wizard and lover of all things property Matthew joins us from a large housing association, having a wide range of experience with marketing property products and services.

Abigail Moses


Coming from a background of PR and Marketing Abigail brings a whole set of skillsets to the business, working hard to celebrate what it is we do here at ShareProperty. Having worked for a number of start-ups Abbey is thoroughly enjoying the challenges of what this industry brings, joining the team as the company’s Business Development Executive.

‘ShareProperty is a fantastic place to work, being a product that makes complete market sense. With the progressive nature of the financial world we can expect some exciting things to happen over the course of the next twelve months.’
